Police have surrounded People’s government offices at Plot 6 Katonga Road as opposition figure Kizza Besigye launches “No, Nedda” campaign.
The campaign to speak up and be heard involves whistling and making noise. According to his aide Ronald Muhinda, the campaign is the first of many defiance campaigns that will be undertaken and excuted by the United of Forces of Change at 1pm everyday.
“After raising our voices today, our offices at No. 6 Katonga Rd have been cordoned off by Police. Right now, I am informed that they’ve entered our premises. Am ever ready for anything; no turning back. No, NEDDA!!” Besigye said.
