Using his official Twitter handle, Gen Muhoozi expressed his love for the people of Northern Uganda telling them that there is no way he can forget about them and thus he is going to the North to have some fun with them.
”As for my brothers and sisters in Northern Uganda. How can I ever forget you? I love you so much!! We are going to have the biggest party Uganda has ever seen!! I appoint Richard Todwong as chairman of the celebrations in Northern Uganda.” He said
Gen Muhoozi has thus appointed the National Resistance Movement – NRM Secretary-General Dr Richard Twodong as the chairman of the organizing committee who will make sure that the Northern Uganda birthday celebrations are a success.
