Zambia Polls: Uganda’s Zayan’s CEO Mr Witonze Juma endorses opposition leader Hichilema for president.Whisper Eye News

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zayan Investment and seasonal politician in Uganda Mr Witonze Juma has endorsed Zambian opposition leader Hakainde Hichilema for president in the forthcoming general elections.

Mr Witonze while speaking to Whisper Eye News in an exclusive interview said that African countries have a big challenge with their economies, “time has come for African countries to be headed by successful economist”.

“Am endorsing comrade Hichilema because he’s an economist and African countries have been struggling with dwindling economies so we need leaders who understand how to revamp the economy since it’s the engine of the state,” endorses Mr Witonze.

Mr Hakainde Hichilema popularly knowns as HH is one of the best economists on the African continent.

He is an agribusiness man who has successfully engaged him self in cattle rearing among other agribusinesses in Zambia.

“I’m preparing to travel to Lusaka soon to be part of history, I’m ready to campaign for Comrade HH,” Mr Witonze Juma said.

HH has put amounted more pressure on President Edgar Lungu the incumbent and the flag bearer of the ruling Patriotic Front Party (PF), there are other 14 candidates in the race. Zambia will go to polls next month on 12th.
