No war against prostitution will prosper, says Kakwenza Rukirabashaija

Uganda celebrated Author Kakwenza Rukirabashaija has lashed out to those fighting prostitution with unnecessary laws.

He took to his blue ticked Facebook account to state that,

No war against prostitution shall prosper–ancestors like emperor Constantine tried and failed, Canon Law failed, outbreak of sexually transmitted diseases like gonorrhea, syphilis and AIDS failed”

Then the kleptocratic gerontocracy of Museveni think that they can fight the trade which is employing millions in Uganda. He adds

From where do you want them to eat? Man eateth where he worketh– so the prostitutes. He continued to state.

The Greedy Barbarian author asked why , Instead of legislating on issues that bring development, they’re being s******, N********

Uganda last week secretly passed a new criminal offence law spelling out that one will face a heavy fine if he practices prostitution.

Uganda has also criminalized homosexuality which is causing protests from various activists.
