Kyetume FC destroys Busoga United in Nakisunga

Melbet Uganda Supposed Kyetume FC has trounced Busoga United 1-0 in their Star Times Uganda Premier League match at Nakisunga Ssaza Play Grounds. Richard Matovu’s second-half goal was enough to give the visitors a hard-fought win as they fight relegation.

The first half began with Kyetume dominating the game with threats from Ezra Kizito and Nicholas Kasozi. They missed a penalty kick as defender Mustafa Mujjuzi’s effort went over the bar. Both teams failed to convert in half time.

In the second half, Kyetume took the lion’s share of the ball and eventually got their goal in the 28th minute through Richard Matovu’s left strike. The win will help Kyetume FC to move to 16 points in a bid to fight the relegation battle.
