2021 -2022 FUFA Big league season resumes today

The FUFA Big league 2021 resumes on Thursday with four games.  

The season was initially supposed to start on March 18 but FUFA, however, extended the league to March 25. The league was divided into two groups Elgon and Rwenzori and there are eight games drawn in two groups with 4 teams in each group.

In Elgon Group, Gaddafi will be playing against Mbale Heroes at Kyabazinga Stadium, Arua Hill will be playing against Black Power at Barifa ground, Maroons will be playing against Paidha Black Angels at Prisons Stadium in Luzira Calvary will be up against Kataka at Green Light Stadium in Arua.

Gaddafi’s head coach Frank Ssebagala says he is well prepared to face his opponents Mbale Heroes. However, he says he will have to study them on the pitch because his side has never played against them.

Captain Gaddafi FC Pascal Ngobi says the players are in good shape to enter into their first game of the season, he adds that their coaches have done well and are ready to deliver the best.

In Rwenzori group, Ndejje University will be facing Nyamityobora at Arena of Visions, Luweero United Vs Terrazo and Tiles in Luweero, Proline FC will be locking horns with Kigezi Home Boys at MTN Omondi Stadium in Lugogo while Tooro United hosts Water at Buhinga Stadium in Fort Portal.

Frank Kitindide, the Assistant coach of Tooro United says their first opponent Water is a good team however he also believes his side is well prepared for the team.
