Former Security Chief GenTumukunde Henry has joined Bobi Wine and other mourners at the burial of fallen Frank Sentenza in Masaka.
Tumukunde was welcomed by Masaka Municipality MP Hon Matahius Mpuuga and also recognized by Jyadondo East MP Hon Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu.
He took to the podium to mourn the passing of Frank who was knocked dead by a speeding military car according to NUP.

Tumukunde contributed UGX 500,000 to the family of the deceased.
