Human rights defender Nicholas Opiyo has been arrested a few minutes ago by mean-looking security.
Reports suggest that the Gulu-born lawyer was picked from a Lamaro restaurant located in Kamwokya, handcuffed, and taken to an unknown location, the owner of the restaurant has confirmed.
