President Y K Museveni has appointed Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba as the new commander of the Special Forces Command (SFC) .
Whisper Eye has learnt that in another surprise appointment Brig Paul Loketch has also been appointed Deputy Inspector of General of Police (IGP) replacing Gen Sabiiti Muzeyi who has been sent to the Gen Headquarters for redeployment.
This development has been confirmed by a high ranking UPDF official who has asked to remain anonymously given the sensitivity of the matter , says Chimp Reports
