Updates: Bobi Wine not arrested. Whisper Eye Reports
The National Unity Platform Presidential candidate Hon Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu is not arrested.
Bobi Wine who has been blocked in Lira for close to 8 hours he is still im his car however 30 members of his team arrested.
Reports had emerged that Bobi Wine had been arrested .
Whisper Eye has learnt that Bobi Wine is in his car with Nubian, Eddie ,Ashrf and their driver.
