Uganda Decides 2021: Kitgum RDC orders security to stop Bobi Wine entry to District Whisper Eye Reports
Mr. William Komakech the Resident District Commissioner of Kitgum has reportedly stopped Bobi Wine and his team from staging any political rally in Kitgum.
RDC in Kitgum says no NUP in Kitgum! They drove us to a hotel of their choice last night at around 4:00a.m and we have even been stopped to proceed to the town centre! Nubian Li a strong close pal to Bobi Wine tweeted a few minutes ago.
Bobi Wine is set to transverse Kitgum , Pader and Gulu today as part of his presidential campaign trail.
