Whisper Eye has learnt that John Simbwa who represented Makindye East constituency will now seek to bounce back to parliament from Masaka’s newly created seat Kimaanya- Kabonera constituency.
John Simbwa recently threatened to stand as NRM chairman some thing the party authorities didn’t agree with.
He was nominated to contest as MP Kimaanya – Kabonera on independent ticket .
Abed Bwanika of National Unity Platform and a former two presidential contestant , Jude Mbabali of Democratic Party will tussle out with John Simbwa for the seat.
The seat has also attracted Kayemba Afaayo of Forum for Democrtic Change the incumbent mayor of Masaka.
